Why else do we love it? It\u2019s free of artificial ingredients and takes just ten minutes to make. Hint: don\u2019t forget to freeze the bananas beforehand, and a food processor is the only piece of equipment you\u2019ll need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yields one serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 bananas<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day before:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Peel fresh bananas and break them into chunks<\/li><li>Freeze the banana chunks for 24 hours.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day of:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Process the frozen banana chunks in a food processor until smooth and creamy. It takes a good few minutes for them to break down fully.<\/li><li>Add any other desired ingredients. (see variations below)<\/li><li>Process again or mix by hand to incorporate.<\/li><li>Enjoy!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Variations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add when blending (per single serving):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mint Chocolate Chip:<\/strong><ul><li>1 teaspoon peppermint extract&nbsp;<\/li><li>4 squares chocolate, grated<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Fruit and Nut:<\/strong><ul><li>1 teaspoon chopped, dried fruit<\/li><li>1 tablespoon chopped nuts<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Berry:<\/strong><ul><li>a handful of your favorite berries, like strawberries, blackberries or blueberries<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For a richer flavor, use overripe bananas.<\/li><li>If the nice cream is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of alternative milk or water.<\/li><li>Serve immediately or freeze for later.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugar-Free Banana Nice Cream is a delicious and healthy frozen treat, perfect for anyone looking to reduce or eliminate refined sugar, dairy, and artificial ingredients from their dietary plan.
