The lead-in is always different:<br \/>\n<em>My daughter is going on a school camping trip\u2026<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I&#8217;ll be away on business in Ohio for a week\u2026<\/em><br \/>\n<em>I&#8217;m going to visit my parents in Florida, in an area where there are no health food stores&#8230;<\/em><br \/>\nBut the question always ends the same:<\/p>\n<h2>\u2026 what should I eat?!<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s for this reason that I&#8217;ve created the free e-booklet called<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/fxna.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/fxnutrition\/pdf\/FxNA-Stick-With-It-ebook.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Stick With It!: Your Top Three Secrets for Maintaining Your Healthy Eating Habits<\/em><\/a>.<br \/>\nThe booklet includes three sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crowd Out<\/li>\n<li>Eat Out &amp;<\/li>\n<li>Pig Out!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The most important thing to know when making and <em>sticking<\/em> to a dietary change for health, weight or preventative reasons is that all three are absolutely possible.<br \/>\nIn <a href=\"https:\/\/fxna.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/fxnutrition\/pdf\/FxNA-Stick-With-It-ebook.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Stick With It!<\/em><\/a> I provide you with the guiding principles you need.<br \/>\nYou can consider me your cruise director on this journey that is actually a <strong>way of life <\/strong>instead of the old four-letter D-word (dare I say\u2026 <em>diet<\/em>).<br \/>\nAnd you&#8217;ll find that while navigating this new terrain may take time, and can seem ever-changing as you chase your best-feeling self, that you don&#8217;t have to be freaked out, baffled or deprived every time you leave the house.<br \/>\nMy diet is more limited than many and I actually leave the house all the time!<br \/>\n(Some of you may even have seen me out in the world, dined out, camped out and pigged out with me. The latter is a great way to have some extra protein-rich milk in the morning as well. But I always pack a little <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/NuNaturals-Nustevia-Alcohol-Stevia-2-Ounce\/dp\/B0019LTH3U\/tag=repd0d-20?th=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">liquid stevia<\/a> to make sure my sweet tooth is satisfied and I&#8217;m not left wanting.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/On-The-Go-Paleo-Unsweetened\/dp\/B00EZ9GUPG\/tag=repd0d-20?th=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>On the Go Hot Cereal<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>\nThis is my new favorite!<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s as simple to travel with as the first option and it doesn&#8217;t contain the buckwheat, which I know doesn&#8217;t work for some (gluten-free or not).<br \/>\nIn my hotel room I use the coffee maker to warm up some water, pour it over some of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/On-The-Go-Paleo-Unsweetened\/dp\/B00EZ9GUPG\/tag=repd0d-20?th=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">On the Go Paleo Hot Cereal<\/a> mix and create a perfect porridge to propel my day.<br \/>\nAgain, add your berries, your &#8220;milk&#8221;, or whatever you&#8217;re able.<br \/>\nThis tasty cereal contains organic coconut, almond meal, pecan meal, organic chia seed, organic flaxseed meal, konjac root, organic cinnamon and himalayan pink salt.<br \/>\nIt reminds me of one of my favorite breakfast blends that I co-created with my friend and chef Andrea Livingston for many of the Replenish cleanses and detoxes. Talk about goodness!<br \/>\nChia is a complete protein, which means you <em>can<\/em> have pudding for breakfast sans the guilt! The seeds are packed with fiber, making them a perfect colon cleanser. And chia is also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids.
