from patient to practitioner: my journey with autoimmunity

Andrea will share her personal journey in uncovering her own autoimmune disease, and how she manages it so she can live the best life possible.

Tuesday, Oct 11th at 7:00PM EDT / 4:00PM PDT

What you can expect from this event:

Today, she’s a practitioner and educator, but just over ten years ago, she was a patient with no idea what to do or where to turn.

Functional Nutrition Alliance founder and Full Body Systems (FBS) creator, Andrea Nakayama will share her understanding of how certain patient complaints are underserved, and how she uses this insight as a practitioner to help patients get to the root of their health issues.

Because of her personal experience with an autoimmune disease, along with the thousands of patients that she’s supported in their need for a more personalized approach to healthcare, Andrea has made it her mission to help coaches and clinicians (both advanced and emerging!) across the globe who want to work with this unique and underserved population of patients.

Reviews from our students

I work as a nurse in a community mental health setting, and this training has truly changed how I practice psychiatry.

Psychiatric Nurse

This investment paid for itself ten-fold as I am now able to partner with functional doctors who send me referrals.

Health Coach

One of my go-to learning places. If you want to take your practice to the next level of excellence, you don’t want to pass this opportunity up.

Health & Wellness Coach

I cannot believe how much I learned from FBS. I have a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition, and I found these classes offer more practical and clinical information.
