a match made in heaven
Posted by Andrea Nakayama

June is the month of matches made in heaven.
It’s the month of marriage, weddings and satisfying unions. This month I’d like to celebrate all things that compliment one another. Things like . .
|
Oooh. Was that last one a bit of a buzz kill?
Well it doesn’t have to be. Really! Because all those tantalizing food matches I listed can be included in a healthy diet. Even a healthy DETOX diet like this month’s Body Blast: The 25-Day Anti-Inflammatory Detox with Changes that Last! |
And what I’ve found for myself, and what we discovered with the 25-Day challenge that we did for Prevention Magazine back in April, is that pairing an anti-inflammatory dietary protocol with a fun at-home barre workout is truly a match made in heaven. It yields results that lead to:
“The final results were astonishing: One woman lost 9 pounds in 13 days, another trimmed her hips by more than 2 inches and whittled her waist by 3 inches, and testers’ upper arms shrank by up to 1.5 inches!” |
Yet just like a satisfying bowl of macaroni and cheese, the diet and workout combo needs to be in good taste and a whole lot of fun.
Welcome mybarre3.mybarre3 offers a serious opportunity to shape-shift, and you can do from your very own home! There are varying workout lengths from 10, to 30 to 40 to 60 minutes to fit your busy sched. You can workout in your kitchen, your office, your backyard or your hotel room. All for just $15 month, unlimited access to classes, and I promise. . . they’re really fun! I love this stuff! |
Look, it’s a brand new month. The month of June. The month of matrimony and matches made in heaven. This month I invite you to opt-in to self-care. Find the perfect duo that works for you.
The only thing you have to show-up for is yourself. Warmly, |
|
P.S. One of my other choice matches made in heaven is cookies and milk. Yum. For your anti-inflammatory and detox friendly cookies and milk recipe, click right here, to download a printable version of my favorite combo. (Check your Downloads Folder after clicking.)

It's been several months since I've written a Consumer's Report. Please don't let that fool you into believing that I'm not a consumer. Like you, I get caught out-and-about and also just appreciate being able to buy a pre-packaged thing or two that meets my exacting standards and serves my gut intentions. I especially love to get my hands on a product that simultaneously passes the grade, is gratifying to the taste buds and fuels my health. That's what these pages are all about! Today I raise a glass to KeVita, my favorite drink on-the-go.
