Mapping Intuitive Eating with Marc David #200

Today we’re releasing our 200th episode of the podcast and I couldn’t think of a more perfect guest than my friend and colleague Marc David. Marc defines intuitive eating as “learning how to connect with and trust in our body wisdom when it comes to food”. Today he shares his brilliance around speaking into the importance of focusing on the individual we’re working with so that we can get the deepest understanding of what it is they need when it comes to food interventions.
