You hold the key to your own transformation
Posted by Andrea Nakayama
I’m a big believer in the body’s innate ability to heal.
In many ways, it’s this idea that lights the way for so many of our clients to step into their own unique healing journey. People often come into the Replenish Counseling fold having tried many other avenues including various healing protocols, dietary approaches, other practitioners, lifestyle changes and much more.
Honestly, it can be daunting to make sense of it all that’s been done, all that’s left to do, and all that is still felt, still unresolved.
It can feel a bit like picking up a box of puzzle pieces and having no idea which is the logical first piece. Amidst such a hodge-podge of signs, symptoms, strategies and stalemates, you might wonder where I begin when it seems as though someone has tried everything?
How do I take that first step with our clients to initiate their individualized healing potential and restore their sense of hope that their body does not need to feel the way it currently does?
This is where you’ll hear me say time and again that we need to “back it up”. We need to go back to the core basics of digestive health. Even when the symptoms seem unrelated to what’s going on in the gut, the root of the issue and the root to remedy usually begins there and, so do we.
You hold the key to your own transformation
